We are looking for an experienced full time (Sous Chef) and a Trainee Chef to join our team.

Full Time Sous Chef

The full time (Sous Chef) position must be able to offer the essential skills/requirements:

  • Create and produce food in a busy, high pressure environment.
  • Be able to work alongside our existing team of Full & Part time chefs.
  • Being a very busy food led rural establishment we need to keep up to date with modern trends whilst providing an excellent standard of traditional food.
  • This is a full time opportunity that will include full & split shifts.  Due to our location, having your own transport would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Hours and salary are negotiable.  Salary is dependant on previous experience, ability and qualifications.

The Trainee Chef Position

  • This is also a full time post with full and split shifts.  Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
  • Trainee scheme available through local college.
